Help Us to Grow into the Top Pet Products eCommerce Company in Australia?

We are a 2 year-old ecommerce pet product company which is experiencing high growth. Now need funding to propel us into the next stage.

Before we begin, here are a few quick facts:

-63 percent of Australian household has a pet and the industry is worth 5 billion AUD annually
-eCommerce is growing at 15% yearly while traditional retail is growing at 2% yearly
-There is still no dominant pet product ecommerce company in Australia yet which leaves a great spot for anyone good enough to take it.

The above facts demonstrate that there is a great potential for a ecommerce pet products company.

We are young and energetic, and full of ideas to grow our company. We managed to grow into a 400K AUD turnover company despite starting with just less than 10K AUD capital, within a period of two years.

Our main revenues comes from:
-ebay
-websites
-comparison shopping sites such as shopping.com, myshopping.com
-affiliate incomes
-online marketing services to others

We are now seeking to a funding of 150K~200K to propel into a medium size player in the pet and ecommerce industry. We hope to be a version of Deals Direct (www.dealsdirect.com) in the pet industry, which also happens to grow from a ebay seller to a 40 million turnover ecommerce company.

In return of the fund received, we will give out shares in the company and details could be discussed with full business plan provided.

The funding will be channeled into the following areas:
-Bulk purchase and importing of goods from mainly China
To expand the current range we have and to be able to meet suppliers MOQ requirement, while ensuring the lowest cost possible;

-To further enhance site capability and attractiveness to both encourage buying behaviour and loyalty as well as increasing the capability in satisfying and delighting the customers;

-To set up a buying office and storage in China to lower cost of operation as well as to stay close to the suppliers. This will allow the company to be able to buy items in bulk in order to be the most competitive on the web and ebay.

-To engage staffing and technical expertise.

Thus far, we have achieved the following:
-Great supplier contact and great product knowledge
-Brand recognition with a email database list of 3000 members (all are customers who bought from us)
-Selling presence on different ecommerce and internet avenues
-A operational system
-Exclusive distribution rights for certain product range in Australia

We have also won the ebay Top Store Award due to the innovative and cool product offering.

We are confident that the investor will be able to recoup the investment within a period of 2 years, with an eye on exponential growth.

We welcome you to talk to us and grow this company and make it fruitful to all of us.

Regards,
Ian

Innovative Business Process Company seeks expansion capital

Established Business Process Management company - Gartner predicts greenfield opportunity

Established in 2001, this company provides innovative workflow software and business process management (BPM) solutions that are applicable to any business/industry seeking to improve its processes and organisational efficiencies.

Based in Melbourne Australia, this company differentiates itself by the purely web-based nature of its software solutions, its focus on small business units, both SME's and larger organisational business units, the speed in which it can deliver customized process solutions and its ability to cross sell within larger organisations. These competitive advantages have allowed it to attract high profile clients in Australia, the US and UK, as well as doubling its revenue each year since commencement in 2005. This has been achieved in a highly competitive environment.

Business process management (BPM) tools allow businesses to automate their processes and attain enterprise operational efficiency. Gartner EXPPremier (2007) identified business process improvement as the number one business priority for senior executives within the coming years.

The company’s flagship solution is the product of 4 years of extensive R&D and can cover any business process including: supply chain management, recruitment, financial approval, project management, performance reviews, new product development, cost control, purchase requisition.

The company is headed by its two founders, who have 20 years experience in the IT industry and extensive expertise in the BPM sector.

To date this company has generated strong growth, including major sales into US and UK with limited sales and marketing resources. It continues to receive a constant stream of new leads/clients, both within Australia and overseas primarily via its web presence, from companies seeking innovative, customizable workflow solutions. This is providing strong validation of the demand for its solutions and larger opportunities, where it can increase its exposure and market presence. It is also struggling to meet current demand and having problems converting the high number of US & UK leads due to a lack of ‘on ground’ presence.

The company is now seeking external capital to address these issues. It will be used to expand resources to meet existing demand and expected ongoing growth, sales and marketing resources to increase exposure and take greater advantage of broader market opportunities and to further enhance the product offering to provide greater scalability.

Expansion into international markets with proven innovative products

Our company has been a leading innovator in rainwater harvesting in Australia since 2003, specialising in contemporary, functional, ultraslim rainwater tanks to suit the urban lifestyle.

We are currently in discussions with manufacturers in two key drought affected areas of the US. Distributors have also been met across those states and are keen to start selling our products as soon as possible.

Investment of $1.2m is sought to enable the fabrication of moulds for both the American and Australian markets, management and sales staff in both markets, marketing and promotional costs and working capital.

Investor needed for new Metal Ballet Company

Brisbane ballet company

Metal Ballet is a very new concept in dance, and Brisbane's new company will be only the second of its kind in the world. Despite the company only just having formed, the prospect of seeing classical ballet done to metal music has already gained us a small following, which will only grow as the company continues.

The current members of the company are classically trained professional dancers. Small samples of metal ballet piece can be seen at http://www.myspace.com/bellacizebridie, with a small piece from our company and a portion of the New York metal ballet company's latest work performed with live music.

We are looking for an investment of around $200, 000 for the first production, and as with any live production, profits can be ongoing depending on how many performances are held. The company's prosective audience have been asking for the dates for performances since June '08, and there has also been interest from audiences internationally it vastly increases the possible profit margin.

If there is any interest in this or any further queries, please feel free to contact me.

Australian Cornish Pasty Company

Oct 2007, Pasty Company sells for £40mil. We aim to replicate this successful business model in Australia.

The Cornish pasty has been a staple diet of the Cornish for hundreds of years. No one is 100% certain of the origin of the Cornish Pasty but it is widely understood that it was the main diet of the Tin Miners who held on to the crimped edge whilst eating to avoid getting poisoned by the arsenic on their hands. In recent times the Cornish pasty has gone from strength to strength with one time Cornish flavour becoming a national delight. A number of companies in Cornwall have now set up outlets around the UK with huge success. One such company going from village shop to £12 million turnover. Traditional Cornish Pasties can now be purchased in most towns in the UK.

We aim to bring this concept to Australia and set up the first nationwide Cornish Pasty company setting up outlets around Australia selling the Traditional Cornish Pasty based on a traditional recipe.

This is a proven concept in the UK and, with the popularity of the 'PIE' in Australia, we believe that the Cornish Pasty will be a huge success as a lunch time meal, offering more value and a larger product than the humble pie.

In the Australian market we feel the closest comparison is Jesters Pies. As the Pasty is made in a factory by hand and then frozen it can easily be transported to retail outlets anywhere in Australia and then cooked on the premises as a fresh meal. As well as the branded retail outlets we also wish to develop a significant B2B market such as other bakeries, cafes, entertainment venues such as stadiums and mobile vans that can go to shows such as the Easter Show for example.

As well as the traditional Cornish Pasty we will develop a series of other fillings such as, Cheese Pasty, Cheese and Onion Pasty, Vegetable Pasty, Spicy Vegetable Pasty, Spinach & Ricotta Pasty, Beef & Stilton Pasty, Beef Madras Pasty, Steak & Onion Pasty, Steak and Ale Pasty and Lamb and Mint Pasty for example.

The model will be based on the successful UK model. The proof of the profitability of the business opportunity is that in October 2007 Gresham Private Equity (UK) bought the West Cornwall Pasty Company for £40m ($80m). The West Cornwall Pastry Company had 35 outlets at the time.

The investment opportunity would deliver at least a 25% return year on year with a 5 year buyout plan. The investment would be split into 2 parts, with a smaller initial investment requirement of $370,000 to get the company running and set up 3 shops to achieve a healthy profit with a 2nd round of funding in year 2 to enable significant growth.

Labour Shortage Investment Opportunity

Skilled Trades and Recruitment Business

Dear Investor,

Australian Skill Trades (AST) based in Orange NSW was set up as a small family operation to specialise in the delivery of skilled personnel to meet the shortage in the skill trades industry throughout the region.
Clients in the metal trades, mining, housing, agriculture and civil construction industries are experiencing difficulties in accessing Skilled Labour.

The shortage is Australia wide throughout all industries in particular: Fitting & Machining, Diesel Fitting, Maintenance Fitters, Carpenters, Welding, Electrical Engineers, Mechanical Engineers, Geologists, Nursing with the Agriculture labour force near nonexistent and some special industry trades.

The skilled labour shortage has affected many companies across Australia including the farming sector which losers some $300 million a year through the lack of skilled labour. We believe, given that we have 30 years experience dealing with these industries, our business, with a financial injection of funds can evolve into a national multimillion dollar company with high returns on investment.

Our research of the labour market shows an enormous gap in the skilled trades industry and labour market. We are looking for capital investment of $200,000 and possibly professional involvement, but not necessary, to take full advantage of the labour shortage situation giving the business the boost it requires.

There are many recruitment and labour hire agencies out there. But none specialise in the skilled labour market and give personal service to employers and jobseekers? If these agencies were doing their job there would not be such a big shortage in the skilled labour force as is the case today.

We are now looking for a prospective investor for development funds to get the business up and running to its full potential for website data base, travelling, advertising, marketing and the setting up of various sections in the overall plan.

The scope of the business is enormous, which could eventuate into a national company by capitalising on the many avenues of development as compliment branches of the overall business activities plan.

A financial business plan along with a power point presentation has been adopted for the interested investor and available on request.

I look forward with interest to your reply.

Kind Regards,
John Davies

Remasters Audio and Video restoration

in
Remasters has developed particular expertise in the area of audio and video restoration

The Company has developed particular expertise in the area of audio and video restoration and remastering that has significant and demonstrated potential for commercial success in both business to business and business to consumer markets.

Remasters has developed software and associated hardware that makes possible the restoration and remastering of analog media such as LP vinyl records, audio cassettes or video tape (either Beta or VHS format) to digital media without loss of quality and, in many cases, with enhanced quality due to the repair of, for example, scratches on records as part of the remastering process.
The target markets for Remasters technology include:
• Consumers with analog media who wish to convert to digital format without loss of quality.
• Consumers with damaged analog media that they wish to have repaired and converted to digital media to prevent loss of amenity.
• Businesses (such as television stations, production houses, motion picture studios, advertising agencies etc.) with a library of analog media that they wish to convert to digital format without loss of quality.
• Organisations such as archives, museums, industry associations and community groups with a library of analog media that they wish to convert to digital format to permit both display for consumers and stakeholder groups and to prevent long term loss of amenity.

The recent changes to Australian copyright legislation will serve to accelerate the pace of change towards the overwhelming use of digital media and, ironically, will enhance the need for the process, service and product made possible by Remasters.

After 3 years of testing the market in Southern Tasmania we are now ready to launch Australia Wide. Since making our product commercially available in Southern Tasmania our sales have grown from $80,000 in the first year to $240000 last year an increase of over 250% (With Southern Tasmania’s population of approx 240000 it’s not difficult to see the potential for mainland sales).

We require funding of $500K to take us to the next level We will sell company shares in multiples of 1 at $25000each (5%share equaling $25k) so we have a maximum 50% stake for sale any investor would also be given first option on further shares as they become available.

We are looking for investors who are willing to help us through to the next level. We see ourselves as a 3-5 year investment. With a huge potential in Australia and overseas.

Thank you for your time

"TIME IS OF THE ESSENCE"

SOCIAL CLUB/COMMUNITY CENTRE

Friday 29 February 2008 UPDATE
The property below almost got passed in at auction. However, it did finally sell at the low price of 750k. 800-850k tops is what ya could of got it for. Never mind, perhaps another opportunity like this will arise in the near future, but I doubt it.
Sunday 24 February 2008
Time is of the essence because this property goes to auction on Friday 29 February 2008 at 10:30am. The large former club building in question is a short distance from the Newcastle CBD. The floor area is approximately 1473sqm and the land area is approximately 2029sqm with an off street car parking capacity of 27. The front portion of the property is currently zoned 3(a) local centre whilst the rear portion of the property is currently zoned 2(b) urban centre. The club went into liquidation and all the furniture has already been auctioned off. There is also a large hall attached on the left side(with bar) with its own entry, as well as access through the club.
My plan is to turn the former club into a social club/community centre, with the hall and possibly other parts of the club available for hire for functions. Truelly make it a social club for "everyone". A place for all sorts of clubs and groups to congregate. A major club house. I myself already have a few groups created that are still in their infancy, which could also benefit from a club house. i.e. http://au.groups.yahoo.com/group/newcastlegaymensclub/ 65 members in the first week and growing, http://au.groups.yahoo.com/group/gatewayhotelcomments/ 102 members in 6 weeks and still growing.
Also, depending on council approval, it would be ideal to have a small managers residence in the premises. I feel the building speaks for itself. Don't miss this unique opportunity. I have no money to contribute to the purchase of this property, so therefore I would be requiring the full cost of the former club property and set up expenses/costs.
Funding permitting, I would also like to make this club an "Environmental Statement". Ideally make it self sustainable. i.e. solar panels on the roof, possibly wind turbines also, solar water heating and water tanks on stands in the car park with car parking underneath so as not to take up any unnecessary space. These ideas could be implemented at a further date, possibly in stages. Hope to hear from any potential investors soon.
Yours sincerely
Anthony
